The world is watching every move you make.

Whether you are having a great day, accepting an award, or facing the worst pain of your life, the world is interested.

As we talk about the importance of dealing with trauma, unhealthy pasts, preserving our mental health, honoring our peace, and being the best version of ourselves, we must make sure that there is space being held for celebrities to do this as well - let me hold space for you.

Although we can not understand what it is to be famous, unless we are there, we can understand the amount of pressure and stress that this position can place on someone.

Sometimes when you have an elite lifestyle, it may seem to those on the outside that your life is perfect.  You are successful, accomplished, and financially comfortable.  BUT, you are not in a happy place.  Everything does not require a diagnosis and sometimes we just need a safe place to re-evaluate life.

Perhaps you may know exactly why you’re unhappy or stressed beyond your capacity, but you aren’t sure how to fix it. I understand how frustrating and defeating that can feel because you’re usually the one with all the answers. The go-to person when there are problems and viewed as the person with the “perfect life”.

Usually, though, people don’t know why they’re so unhappy. It’s more of an amorphous, can’t-quite-explain-it reason that feels outside their grasp. Sometimes people feel guilty for feeling unhappy and therefore are not responsive to their own needs.  This conflict can be daunting and can interfere with various roles such as within one’s career, parenting, friendships, and romantic relationships.

Don’t let the situation get out of hand.  Those who have elite lifestyles and upscale lives are vulnerable to burnout, which leads to poor decision-making, personally and professionally. Unhappiness can significantly damage your physical health and deteriorate your mental health.

Being at the top can also be a lonely, isolating experience. Having an objective, supportive professional can make all the difference between a tolerable life and a thriving happy powerful life.

Happiness is an inside job but at times may require a tag team action.  Tag Dr. Miller so that you can get “On The Mark”.
